Track equipment by property and use HVAC-specific fields without hardcoding them into core CRM records.

Steps
- 1Open Equipment.
- 2Choose the customer and property.
- 3Create a shared or internal equipment record.
- 4Fill in HVAC details such as system type, unit make, model, serial, refrigerant type, filter size, install date, warranty expiration, readings, and notes.
- 5Use the equipment record from jobs and client portal sharing when relevant.
Tip
HVAC fields live in the HVAC vertical module so other trades can add their own schemas later.
