Add a customer and property

Customers can have multiple properties, and jobs, equipment, invoices, and portal links are tied to a property.

Steps

  1. 1Open Customers.
  2. 2Add or select a customer.
  3. 3Add the property address and contact details.
  4. 4Create jobs, invoices, equipment records, or portal links from that customer context.

Tip

Use the property as the source of truth when a client has more than one location.
