Steps
- 1Open Settings.
- 2Go to Team access.
- 3Invite the employee and choose the correct role.
- 4Use owner or admin for office staff who need broad access.
- 5Use technician for field staff who should only see assigned work.
Tip
Platform support employees are managed separately from contractor employees.
