Prepare for production launch

Finish external setup before accepting real customers, payments, calls, or production support requests.

Steps

  1. 1Connect the production domain and app URL.
  2. 2Configure production auth and platform admin emails.
  3. 3Set Convex production environment variables.
  4. 4Add Stripe keys only when ready to process live payments.
  5. 5Add voice provider credentials only when ready for live call answering.
  6. 6Add email delivery credentials for invites, notifications, and customer messages.
  7. 7Review terms, privacy, payment language, call recording disclosure, and support processes before public launch.

Tip

Anything that touches money, phone calls, identity, or legal policy should be reviewed before launch.
