Privacy Policy

This draft privacy policy explains the categories of data Maxx may process for contractor operations and customer-facing workflows.

Placeholder policy for launch preparation. Have qualified counsel review before relying on this for live customers.

Information we process

Maxx may process account information, company details, customer records, property addresses, job notes, invoices, payment workflow metadata, call lead details, transcripts, equipment records, notifications, and usage analytics.

How information is used

Information is used to operate contractor workspaces, route users by role, schedule jobs, share client portal records, support AI answering and post-job summaries, send notifications, and improve launch analytics.

AI and voice data

AI answering workflows may process caller-provided information, urgency signals, call summaries, and transcripts. Contractors should configure disclosures, call recording settings, and escalation rules appropriate for their market.

Service providers

Maxx is architected to use providers such as Convex, Vercel, WorkOS, Twilio, Resend, Stripe, and Anthropic when configured. Mock connectors may be used in development or demo environments.

Retention and access

The product is designed to avoid hard deletes by default and use status or archived timestamps where appropriate. Workspace owners are responsible for managing team access and customer record sharing.
